Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of this website and of the Opera application (including its web version), published by MaestroAI. By using them, you accept these terms. The way your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Provided as is
Opera is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, within the limits allowed by law. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. The Opera Beta server is a test service and may be interrupted or shut down at any time.
Minimum age
You must be at least 15 years old to use Opera, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use Opera, or the services it connects to:
- to create, store or share illegal content;
- to harm others (harassment, impersonation, infringement of privacy or of third-party rights);
- to disrupt or attack a server or service, including the Opera Beta server, or to use that server for anything other than testing Opera.
Responsibility
AI can make mistakes
The responses produced by Maestro, the assistant, can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. They do not replace the advice of a doctor, a lawyer or a financial professional. Check important information before relying on it.
Servers and services you configure
You are responsible for what you send to a server or a third-party service that you configure or enable (Ollama or OpenAI-compatible server, Nextcloud, web search, PrivateBin, etc.). MaestroAI has no access to these exchanges and is not responsible for these services, each of which has its own terms and privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
Within the limits allowed by law, MaestroAI cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of Opera or from the reliance on a response produced by an AI model. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Law and contact
Intellectual property
The source code of Opera is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. The names Opera, Maestro and MaestroAI, the logos and the graphic assets are not covered by this license and remain the property of MaestroAI.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
